Before you write to us

Driver accounts are created and managed by the motor carrier you drive for, not by us. Your dispatcher is the fastest route for anything about your account, your password, or the loads assigned to you. Write to us for problems with the app itself.

Frequently asked questions

How do I get an account?

You cannot sign yourself up. Your carrier adds you to their driver roster and gives you the email address and password to sign in with. If you have no credentials yet, ask your dispatcher.

I can't sign in, or I forgot my password

Ask your dispatcher to issue a new password from the carrier dashboard. We cannot reset it for you: passwords are set by the carrier who owns the account. If you see a message that your account is not activated, your carrier has not enabled app access for you yet.

I don't see any loads

The load list shows only what your dispatcher has assigned to you. An empty list means nothing is assigned right now. If you expect a load that isn't there, ask your dispatcher to confirm it is assigned to your driver profile, then pull the list down to refresh.

Why does the app ask for the camera and my location?

The camera is used to scan VIN barcodes and to take vehicle inspection photos. Location is used to record where an inspection was performed and is optional — the app keeps working if you decline it, the inspection is simply saved without coordinates. The app never records audio.

My photos or documents won't upload

Uploads need a working connection. Move to an area with signal and try again; large inspection photo sets can take a minute on a weak network. If it still fails, note the load number and email us — the upload error text helps us find the cause.

How do I send a Bill of Lading?

Open the load, complete the inspection, and use Send BOL. The app generates the document and emails it to the address you enter. A copy stays attached to the load.

Can I try the app without a real load?

Yes. Go to Profile → Create Practice Load to walk through pickup, inspection, and delivery on a sample load without touching real work.

How do I delete my account?

In the app, go to Settings → Account → Delete Account and confirm. If you can no longer sign in, use the account deletion request form instead.

Deleting an account immediately and permanently revokes app access, invalidates the password, signs you out of every device, and erases your stored signature image and profile edits. We notify your carrier, because only the carrier can remove you from their own roster. Records of completed work — bills of lading and inspection reports with their photos and signatures — stay with the carrier as business and transport records; requests about those go to the carrier. Details are in our Privacy Policy.

The deletion is not reversible from the app. If you later need access again, your carrier has to issue you a new password.

For carriers and dispatchers

Manage your driver roster, loads, and app settings in the carrier dashboard at crm.superdispatching.com. That is also where you activate a driver for the app and issue or reset a driver's password.
